National Novel Writing Month: Progress (1)

Having only heard about it this year, I am attempting to write for National Novel Writing Month. The goal is to have a 50,000 novel written by November 30th by midnight. Here I will be posting my progress in fragments each Sunday until November 30th where I will (hopefully) have a completed, final project.
