As he departed from the boat, he looked at his reflection in the harbor waters. He wasn’t the same child anymore. Would he be able to recognize John after all these years?

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is a fantastic game, there is no doubt about that. Upon regaining memories, you get to learn more about Link’s past, and that made me think about his future. What is this all leading up to? Having predicted the outcome of the story only to have it proven wrong, I thought I might still share my hopes for the ending of this beautiful game, wishing that perhaps Nintendo will do something like this for future Zelda titles.
